I thought Glacier National Park was absolutely breathtaking \u2014 a 1910-established gem of snow-capped peaks, turquoise glacier-fed lakes, ancient ice fields, pristine forests, and alpine meadows bursting with wildflowers.<\/p>\n

After a 4.5-hour drive northwest from Lewistown through prairie towns and mountain foothills, I arrived to spend four unforgettable days in what felt like a truly wild, majestic alpine paradise. I drove the jaw-dropping Going-to-the-Sun Road, hiked glacier-fed trails like Grinnell and the Highline, cruised across shimmering Lake McDonald, and explored spectacular showstoppers like Virginia Falls (where I felt the chill of glacial spray) and Iceberg Lake \u2014 every stop felt magical and Insta-worthy<\/a>!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n
